At Lama Retail, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to ensure a smooth refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
